House rules

What holds for accounts, payments, bonuses and identity checks, pinned up in plain words.

1. Eligibility

Guests must be 18, or whatever the legal age is where they live if it's higher. Whether online gambling is lawful at the guest's address is for the guest to confirm.

2. Operator and licence

Lucky Boom Casino is owned by MAIREKE LIMITADA of Costa Rica and licensed by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. The house rules sit under the law of the State of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros.

3. Your account

One key per guest. Tell the truth at the desk, make sure the name on the key is the name on your payment method, and keep the key to yourself.

• Keys cut for one name, device or payment method may be taken back with no notice.
• Formal notes, including self-exclusion and closing the room, are accepted only from your registered email address.

4. Deposits

Money has to arrive from an instrument in your own name. The smallest deposit is €20, or €40 at the fifth welcome ticket.

• Card windows allow 10 visits a day and 40 a month, up to €10,000 a day and €15,000 a month for each card.
• The fiat and crypto tills sit in different rooms and cannot be combined.

5. Withdrawals and verification

The gate waits for complete KYC before any payout: an official photo ID, a selfie with it, and a bank statement or utility bill under three months old, with matching names throughout. As an AML rule, deposited money has to be played three times first.

• Smallest withdrawal: €40, looked at within two business days.
• Outside jackpots, wins can leave at €20,000 a week and €50,000 a month. Jackpot wins have no ceiling.
• A payout bigger than a window's single pass may be handed over in parts.
• Changed your mind at the window? Call a pending withdrawal back before it completes and the money returns to your play balance.

6. Bonuses

Switch a bonus on in your profile before the deposit it rides on; a bonus can't be pinned to a deposit afterwards. Only one bonus may be open at a time.

• Wagering is ×40 on the welcome tickets and ×15 on the first live bonus.
• The table limit while wagering is €5 a spin or round, and €1 on the first deposit's bonus.
• Room weights: slot hall 100%, live studio 10%, table-game and video-poker rooms 0%.
• No bonus may win more than €10,000 in total, and after wagering you may take out up to ten times the starting bonus.
• Walking to the cashier with a bonus open cancels that bonus and its balance.

7. Dormant accounts

A room untouched for six months in a row is charged €10 a month while it still holds a positive balance.

8. Responsible gambling

A visit should be a pastime. The Responsible Gambling page lists the self-exclusion door, the cooling-off pass and other tools.

9. Changes to these terms

Terms, bonus rules and limits get repainted from time to time, so read the current sign before taking an offer. If a translation and the English sign disagree, the English one wins.
