Stay in control

Spending caps, a locked door, a seven-day pass outside and independent groups that listen when you want to talk.

18+

For the record: Lucky Boom is run by MAIREKE LIMITADA (Costa Rica) under an Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority licence, and the house rules follow Anjouan law. It's an offshore licence, not a national one, so make sure online gambling is legal where you are before you play.

Our commitment

Every Lucky Boom page wears an 18+ badge and a begambleaware.org link. Play with money you can lose, and don't try to win your losses back.

Tools available to you

• The self-exclusion door opens by email from your registered address; it locks within 24 hours for six months or more.
• The cooling-off pass: a seven-day break on request.
• Session awareness: glance at the clock and your spending, and step outside now and then.
• Parental control: tips for keeping devices and keys away from children.

Know the signs

Step outside, or ask for help, when you:

• stay longer or stake more than you'd planned;
• borrow, or let bills pile up, to keep playing;
• turn restless or snappy when you try to ease off;
• keep your visits hidden from those near you.

Keeping control

• Set a spending cap and a time cap before you walk in.
• Treat a visit as paid entertainment, never as pay.
• Don't come in upset, worn out or after a few drinks.
• Take breaks and re-read your transaction history now and then.
